Job summary

Klosterman Baking Company seeks an FSQA Manager to lead the Quality and Sanitation teams and act as the site SQF Practitioner. You will ensure compliance with SQF, FDA and regulatory requirements, while driving a strong food safety culture and product quality. Collaboration with Operations and Corporate teams is essential.

You will manage audits, CAPA programs, testing records, and documentation, supporting new product development and continuous improvement initiatives across sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food-related field preferred.
• Experience in food safety, quality assurance, or quality management in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMPs, FDA regulations and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality and Sanitation Departments, staffing, training, and alignment with goals.
• Serve as SQF Practitioner and maintain SQF Food Safety Management System.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local/SQF/industry requirements.
• Partner with operations and corporate teams on improvements.
• Lead audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement CAPAs.
