Job summary

Trident Seafoods, based in Seattle, seeks a Production Lead to coordinate production line activities, supervise staff, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced seafood environment. The role involves overseeing training, quality control, and workflow while maintaining records and collaborating with FSQA and supervisors.

Ideal candidates have at least six months in food manufacturing, with preferred prior supervisory experience in food production, and a HS Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience in food manufacturing or seafood industry.
• One year supervisory experience in food production is preferred.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one section of production and monitor training, quality, productivity and sanitation.
• Ensure safe operation of machinery and proper use of PPE; report performance issues.
• Train workers in equipment operation and safety procedures and coordinate with supervisors.
