Job summary

Gehl Foods is hiring a FSQ Technician for 2nd shift (2pm – 10:30pm) to support quality monitoring, physical and chemical testing, and postproduction verification in our FSQ lab.

You will collect and store finished product samples, maintain records, and help ensure food safety and quality across production. Requires 1 year QA experience in food/bev manufacturing and a high school diploma; ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a QA function within food or beverage manufacturing industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs).
• Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Execute Quality Monitoring Scheme routines.
• Execute physical and chemical testing.
• Execute postproduction testing.
• Execute pre-operation routines.
• Execute CIP validation utilizing allergen swabs.
• Coordinate collection and storage of finished product samples.
• Execute review and approval of food safety and quality records.
• Execute verification routines for pre-requisite records and programs.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping of FSQ Lab area.

Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $19/hour (+ based on experience)
