Job summary

Gehl Foods is seeking a FSQ Technician for the 10pm–6:30am shift. Base pay is $19/hour with shift differential, plus experience-based adjustments. The role emphasizes QA routines, lab testing, and strict adherence to food safety records in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a QA function within food or beverage manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and maintain safety and cleanliness in the FSQ Lab.

Responsibilities

• Execute Quality Monitoring Scheme routines.
• Execute physical and chemical testing.
• Execute postproduction testing.
• Execute pre-operation routines.
• Execute CIP validation utilizing allergen swabs.
• Coordinate collection and storage of finished product samples.
• Execute review and approval of food safety and quality records.
• Execute verification routines for pre-requisite records and programs.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping of FSQ Lab area.
