Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing and 1-3 years Lead experience.
• Willingness to supervise and coach team members in a fast-paced plant environment.
• Strong command of safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of production workers and directs daily activities to meet production, safety and housekeeping goals.
• Controls staffing, training, attendance, and performance reviews.
• Ensures compliance with food safety, HACCP, SSOP, and QA requirements.
• Maintains accurate production paperwork, inventory, and cost controls.
• Communicates with leadership and peers to optimize productivity.
