Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two-year certificate with two years of related experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety Plans, cGMP and prerequisites.
• Ability to lead, coach and supervise employees.
• Skills in risk assessment and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to FSQ Quality Systems and monitor conditions affecting safety and quality.
• Supervise FSQ personnel and lab activities including scheduling and evaluations.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports and address performance.
• Act as FSQ Manager in absence of supervisor and lead corrective actions.
• Investigate customer complaints to determine root cause and actions.
• Perform internal inspections and lead corrective actions for findings.
