Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field; or equivalent experience.
• GMP knowledge, data collection, and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and direct FSQ processing and precooked department technicians, including scheduling and communication of non-conformances.
• Train FSQ and production personnel on monitoring and verification procedures for food safety and quality.
• Perform routine FSQ calibration, monitoring, and verification tasks.
• Conduct direct observations of critical monitoring tasks and correct non-conformances.
• Participate in facility inspections, mock recalls, and internal audits as required.
• Act as liaison between FSQ technicians and sanitation, receiving, production, distribution, and maintenance.
• Prepare and communicate FSQ shift reports.
• Track trends and pre-operational data for evaluation.
