Job summary

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville seeks an Involvement Coordinator for Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) and Leadership. You will advise FSL governance, supervise programs, and develop policy to promote student engagement in compliance with university rules.

You will coordinate recruitment and education initiatives, supervise a support team, manage budgets, and collaborate with campus partners to connect involvement to learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) Advise FSL governance organizations.
• Supervise all FSL programs.
• Develop and implement FSL Policy.
• Administer the FSL Achievement Certification Program.
• Coordinate FSL recruitment and new member education initiatives.
• Consult with and provide coaching to FSL chapters.
• Act as a liaison between the university and FSL chapter headquarters offices.
• Administer FSL judicial procedures.
• Coordinate risk management and compliance initiatives for the FSL community.
• Lead the FSL support team.
• Develop and monitor budgets and expenditures.
• Provide guidance and best use practices for connecting student involvement experiences with learning outcomes.
• Leadership Awards Collaborate with the Leadership Awards Team.
• Assist in the coordination of nomination and judging processes and the Leadership Awards Ceremony.
