University of Wisconsin–Platteville is seeking an Involvement Coordinator for Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) and Leadership. Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The University of Wisconsin–Platteville is seeking applications for an Involvement Coordinator – Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) and Leadership! This position coordinates and supports key programs and initiatives within the Markee Pioneer Student Center, including Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL), Leadership Awards, and the Pioneer Involvement Center. The Involvement Coordinator serves as a liaison between Fraternity and Sorority Life, student organizations, campus departments, and other university partners while promoting compliance with university policies, procedures, and risk management protocols. This role also utilizes technology resources, social media platforms, and software applications to enhance student engagement and program operations and supports student participation in major policy and decision‑making processes in accordance with Chapter 36.09(5) of the Wisconsin State Statutes.

This position supports the mission and goals of the Markee Pioneer Student Center, the University of Wisconsin–Platteville, and the University of Wisconsin System. This is a full‑time, 12‑month, benefit and paid leave eligible position with a salary of $48,000 per year.

• Serve as a Campus Security Authority (CSA) as it relates to the Campus Safety Act (Clery Act).
• Participate in assessment initiatives to provide best practices and services to students.
• Involves regular work expectations outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Support other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Be an active participant in following applicable safety rules and regulations, including necessary training and drills.
