Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and two years of student services, student affairs, counseling, advising, or related experience.
• Equivalents: any combination of education, training and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Advise one or more assigned FSL student governing council including IFC, MGC, NPHC or CPC.
• Provide coaching for and attend and facilitate meetings with fraternity and sorority chapter leaders as assigned.
• Assist with the planning, coordinating, and implementation of assigned FSL student governing council related events.
• Actively participate in the Event Safety Committee through Student Activities for events related to the FSL community.
• Maintain liaison between FSL and division offices, plus related areas (UPD, SGA, RHA, Police, Union, etc.).
• Plan and facilitate workshops and retreats for fraternity and sorority chapters in areas including event planning, leadership, member development, and risk management.
