Job summary

University of North Texas is seeking a Student Services Coordinator - Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) at the Denton campus. The role provides advisory support to FSL student governing councils and partners with university departments to deliver resources for leadership development and student activities.

The coordinator coordinates events, supports member development and risk management, and works closely with campus partners to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and two years of student services, student affairs, counseling, advising, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise FSL student governing councils (IFC, MGC, NPHC, CPC).
• Coach and attend meetings with chapter leaders; plan and coordinate events.
• Participate in Event Safety Committee and liaise with UPD, SGA, RHA, Police, Union, etc.
• Plan workshops and retreats on event planning, leadership, and risk management.
• Maintain rosters and chapter reports; monitor financial transactions.
• Monitor Sorority House access; coordinate with Auxiliary Services and Director.
