Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles with supervised ADAS features while prioritizing safety and comfort.
• Monitor system performance across various environments and intervene as needed.
• Greet riders, manage routes, and respond to questions during trips.
• Collect ride data and provide high-quality feedback to engineers.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Perform pre-shift readiness checks on software, sensors, and cleanliness.
• Write daily drive reports detailing observations and anomalies.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance data collection and rider experience.
• Travel domestically to support testing in new cities and conditions.
