• Monitor system performance in urban and construction zones, with quick safety interventions.
• Greet riders, handle route adjustments, and answer questions during trips.
• Collect data and write high-quality daily drive observations for engineers.
• Troubleshoot technology issues in real time with the engineering team.
• Run pre-shift software, sensor, and safety readiness checks.
• Document anomalies and issues in detailed daily drive reports.
• Suggest improvements to data collection and rider experience.
• Travel domestically to test in new cities and weather conditions.
