Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking a Full Self Driving (FSD) Vehicle Test Operator in Houston, TX. You will support driver-supervised ADAS testing, ensuring passenger safety and smooth navigation during rides.

You’ll bridge driving technology with feedback platforms, compiling insights to improve system performance across diverse urban settings. The role involves shifts, domestic travel, and documenting observations through detailed drive reports, with compensation starting at $22.73/hour plus a 10%

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong situational awareness for hazards (cyclists, jaywalkers, low-visibility signage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Tech-savvy with PC skills and data collection/troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate engineering vehicles with supervised ADAS during 6–8 hour shifts, prioritizing passenger safety and comfort.
• Navigate complex environments (construction zones, pedestrian-heavy areas, congestion) while monitoring system performance.
• Complete pre-shift vehicle readiness checks (software status, sensor readiness, cleanliness, safety checks).
• Travel domestically to support testing in diverse cities and weather conditions.
• Provide feedback and suggest process improvements to optimize data collection and rider experience.
• Write detailed daily drive reports documenting observations, anomalies, and issues.
