Job summary

IntelliSource is hiring for Full Self-Driving Vehicle Test Operators to advance autonomous driving tech. You will ride in supervised ADAS-equipped vehicles, collect data, and work with engineers to troubleshoot in real time. A CA driver’s license and strong English communication are essential.

Shifts include day, afternoon, and night options with domestic travel. Compensation starts at $25.25/hour plus a 10% night differential, along with medical/dental/vision, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with PC skills and data collection tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles with supervised ADAS functionality, prioritizing safety.
• Monitor system performance in diverse environments and intervene as needed.
• Greet riders, manage route changes, answer questions during trips.
• Collect data and write high-quality feedback for engineers.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Perform pre-shift checks on software, sensors, and safety.
• Document daily drive observations and issues in reports.
• Suggest improvements for data collection and rider experience.
