Job summary

Qualifications

• Physical Demands: lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up batter table, collect smallwares, and prepare batter mix.
• Prepare and cook food as directed by the Manager in Charge.
• Ensure food products meet specifications and holding times.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain organization of batter area and cooler; stock as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge.
