Caesars Entertainment’s Flamingo Las Vegas property is seeking a Fry Cook for Bugsy & Meyers Steakhouse. The role involves preparing recipes and food items according to the Executive Chef’s requirements, with responsibilities across grilling, frying, broiling, baking and sanitizing the kitchen.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of cooking experience, strong English communication, and the stamina to stand for long shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s experience as a cook.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sauté, broil, fry, bake and grill food items per kitchen needs.
• Operate grill, fryer, broiler, oven, French top, and blast chiller.
• Complete preliminary prep in a timely manner and maintain ingredients at proper levels.
• Keep work area sanitary and organized and follow safety and health codes.
• Coordinate with chefs, service and maintenance staff and follow instructions.
• Assist with any other related duties as assigned.
