Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
• Must have completed union apprenticeship program (Pour Card).
• Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
• Fluent English communication.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks at assigned bar station.
• Mix drinks according to recipes and maintain stocked bar.
• Operate cash register and handle payments.
• Log stock and count cash at end of shift.
• Ensure bar meets health and safety standards.
• Provide courteous service and respond to guest needs.
• Assist with stock and inventory management.
• Maintain bar appearance and equipment.
