Job summary

Brothers Sports Bar & Grille in Dracut, MA is seeking a FULL TIME FRY COOK to join our kitchen team. You will contribute to service, sanitation, safety, and menu knowledge while setting up stations and supporting daily operations.

The role emphasizes fast pace, food safety, and teamwork. Prior fry cook experience is preferred; ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification is a plus, with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement in a small-town restaurant.

Qualifications

• Previous fry cook experience preferred.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and recipes.
• Works well in a fast paced environment.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting 30+pounds.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily opening & closing kitchen procedures as applicable
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
• Prepare food according to standards set
• Monitor inventory and restock station when necessary
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management
