Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service hours.

• Ability to stand for extended periods in a hot kitchen environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor deep fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food safety guidelines.
• Keep the fry station clean, organized, and stocked during service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor oil quality and perform fryer maintenance as needed.
