Job summary

Bridor is seeking a De-Boxer to support the production line by ensuring frozen products are supplied on time and in proper condition. You will help maintain GMP compliance and food safety throughout the baking process, collaborating with the Pack Lead on assignments and direction.

The role requires attention to traceability, a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work various shifts. English communication is essential, Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English with clear reading and writing skills.
• Experience reading and following GMP/HACCP/BRC guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull frozen pallets from the freezer for scheduled production.
• Transfer frozen product from cardboard totes to plastic carts.
• Fill out de-boxing traceability forms accurately and completely.
• Report product issues to the Pack Lead immediately.
• Follow Pack Lead instructions for test runs and new production.
• Present daily to the Pack Lead for assignments and direction.
• Discard defective or floor-contact product into designated buckets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in housekeeping tasks before leaving the production floor.
• Follow all safety, health, environmental, and company policies.
