Job summary

Bridor North America is seeking a De-Boxer to support bakery production by handling frozen products and ensuring timely, proper condition delivery to the line. You will follow GMP, HACCP, and BRC standards, fill out traceability forms, and report issues to the Pack Lead.

Job description

The De-Boxer plays a critical role in supporting production by ensuring frozen products are supplied to the production line on time, in proper condition, and in full compliance with food safety and GMP standards. This position is essential to maintaining product quality, efficiency, and food safety throughout the baking process.

For all tasks under your responsibility, ensure full compliance with quality standards and food safety requirements. Immediately notify QA of any deviations.

Daily Duties Include

• Pull frozen pallets from the freezer for scheduled production
• Transfer frozen product from cardboard totes to plastic carts
• Accurately and completely fill out de-boxing traceability forms
• Immediately report any product issues to the Pack Lead
• Follow Pack Lead instructions for test runs and new production
• Present yourself daily to the Pack Lead for assignments and direction
• Discard defective or floor-contact product into designated grey buckets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in housekeeping tasks before leaving the production floor
• Follow all safety, health, environmental, and company policies

Working Conditions

Training Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Schedule may vary based on training and operational needs

Regular Production Schedule

• Monday - Wednesday
• Three 12.5-hour shifts per week

Shift differential pay will be applied as follows: employees will receive an additional $1.50 per hour for hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m., and an additional $2.50 per hour for hours worked between 12:00 a.m. and 5:59 a.m.
