Job description

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. Achieve sales and profit goals for the department, and monitor all quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities within the department. Support the day-to-day operations of Frozen Foods. Embrace the Customer 1st strategy and promote excellent customer service among associates. Minimum Requirements:

• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

• Management experience
• Retail experience
• Second language skills (speaking, reading, and/or writing)
