Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in High Point, NC is seeking a Froster to craft our signature frosting and apply it to our walk-in, pre-ordered and marketing orders. You will keep the display case stocked, maintain par levels, and ensure samples are available for customers.

The Froster must keep the frosting station clean and running efficiently, with strong teamwork and a pride in producing beautiful cakes. Training provided to grow your craft and advance your career.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong sense of teamwork and integrity.
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Frost all cakes for same-day and next-day orders
• Keep retail cases stocked with Bundtlets, 8-inch and 10-inch cakes and back-up sample trays
• Maintain par levels in cooler or case cakes, assorted Bundtini packs and sample trays
• Make frosting when stock level is below par
• Keep frosting area, tables, microwave and tool bins clean and sanitized according to local codes
• Assist other departments as needed and directed
• Track frosting material inventory

JOB POSITION

The Froster is responsible for making the NbC signature frosting and applying it to the full range of products for the walk-in, pre-ordered and marketing orders. The Froster must keep the display case fully stocked, maintain an ample supply of samples and maintain appropriate par levels of additional cakes. The Froster is responsible for keeping the frosting station clean, sanitized and running efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Frost all cakes for same-day and next-day orders
• Keep retail cases stocked with Bundtlets, 8-inch and 10- inch cakes and back-up sample trays
• Maintain par levels in cooler or case cakes, assorted Bundtini packs and sample trays
• Make frosting when stock level is below par.
• Keep frosting area, tables, microwave and tool bins clean and sanitized according to local codes.
• Assist other departments as needed and directed
• Track frosting material inventory.
