Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end.
• Sell alongside your team and uphold customer experience standards on every shift.
• Support hiring and onboarding, and develop your team through coaching on the floor.
• Review sales data, identify gaps, and act to prevent patterns.
• Balance schedules for coverage and efficiency; handle escalations professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; represent BLW at events.
