Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in-store. You will manage shelf presence, execute displays, and place orders via iPad while maintaining in-stock conditions across assigned retailers.

The role covers relationship-building with store staff, adherence to RTM plans, and support for new product launches. This position requires physical activity and driving to multiple locations within the Kennesaw area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle with insurance.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow daily RTM schedules and priorities.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant while handling products.
