Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to perform front-line merchandising and order writing in assigned stores. You will be the face of iconic brands, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring products are in stock and properly displayed.

The role involves driving to multiple store locations, building relationships with store staff, and using iPad and Salesforce to order products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Able to perform physical work including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Greensboro, GA; secondary locations Madison, GA and Covington, GA.
• Schedule availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to the RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling physical tasks as required.
