Job summary

Mondelēz International in California is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. You will be on the front line stocking shelves, placing displays, and building relationships with store personnel to ensure products are in stock and clearly visible.

This role involves mobility, lifting, and daily store visits. You will manage orders via iPad using Salesforce, execute RTM plans, and support promotions and new product launches while delivering excellent service to store staff and

Qualifications

Must be 18+ with valid driver's license in resident state.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos via DMI.
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
