Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of North Louisiana Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to assist customers on the sales floor and at checkout. You will greet shoppers, monitor entrance activity, and ensure accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales and/or cashiering experience preferred.
• Good customer service skills and ability to assist customers on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, accurate and safe customer service.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and at the checkout.
• Greet customers at the entrance and monitor floor activity.
• Accurately operate the cash register and process credit/debit transactions.
• Stock and rotate merchandise on the sales floor and assist with merchandising.
