Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mississippi, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support the retail area of the store, deliver outstanding customer service, stock donated goods, and ring up customers at the POS. You will help with the Roundup program and maintain store cleanliness.

High school or GED preferred; the role requires lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for long periods, and collaborating with a team. Some travel for training or coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional and exceptional customer/donor service.
• Finalizes customer checkout and processes transactions accurately at the POS.

• Maintains the sales floor by stocking donated goods and organizing items.
