Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of North Louisiana Inc is seeking staff to provide friendly and efficient customer service on the sales floor in a busy retail environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior retail sales and/or cashiering experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and answer questions across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, accurate customer service on the sales floor.
• Assist customers and promptly help at the register during checkout.
• Monitor entrance and greet all customers.
• Accurately operate the cash register and process credit/debit transactions per policies.
• Become familiar with all departments to answer questions and locate items.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; assist in organization and merchandising of floor.
