Job summary

Frontline Recruiter is responsible for all recruiting aspects of hourly roles within a targeted region of the country (sourcing, reviewing, screening, scheduling, hiring, orientation).

This role is also responsible for one or more key areas of the overall hourly recruiting strategy, including such things as new business start-ups, marketing, vendor management, process design, change management and regulatory compliance.
