Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Frontline Recruiter to drive hourly recruiting within a targeted region. You will source, review, screen, schedule, hire, and orient candidates, while partnering with site HR to meet workforce needs.

You’ll manage postings, prescreen applicants, coordinate interviews, and coach hiring managers. A strong focus on high-volume recruiting, process design, and compliance will be essential.

Qualifications

• Requires associate or bachelor degree in business or HR (preferred).
• 3+ years of human resources experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of high-volume recruiting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and HR site contacts to determine hiring needs for hourly recruiting; communicate status updates and meet key objectives.
• Flawlessly manages candidate information in Applicant Tracking System.
• Manage postings for designated locations, monitor posting throughout the hiring process; close vacancies and ensure files are complete.
• Review submitted applications/resumes for job fit and pre-hire driver screening requirements.
• Prescreen (phone or in-person) qualified applicants.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers at their sites.
• Maintain active relationships within networks to gain knowledge of competitive activities and best practices.
• Coach and provide training support to hiring managers.
• Provide standard reports, projections, and data on Hourly Recruiting topics.
• Evaluate recruiting productivity and develop improvement plans.
• Determine marketing and sourcing strategies for hourly recruitment demand.
• Participate in job fairs and networking opportunities.
• Verify employment qualifications, pre-hire screening requirements, background checks and drug screens.
• Draft offer letters and launch pre-hire paperwork.
