Mercy seeks a Primary Care Patient Certified Medical Assistant to support providers and patients in an outpatient setting. You will work with the primary care operations team to deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered care while adhering to Mercy Service Standards.

The role requires MA certification maintenance, BLS, and completion of the MA Clinic Academy training. Strong communication, EHR proficiency, and multitasking in a busy clinic are essential.

Qualifications

• Education and certification requirements for MA status.
• Must actively maintain MA certification (and BLS).
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training and complete MA competencies.

• Provide patient-centered care under Mercy Primary Care Providers.
• Partner with patients and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes.
• Perform duties in alignment with Mercy Service Standards and clinical guidelines.
