Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Patient Certified Medical Assistant to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers and support safe, timely, and equitable patient care in a systematic way.

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the MA will partner with patients and clinicians to drive quality outcomes and ensure alignment with Mercy Service Standards. Requires MA certification and clinic training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
• Must have completed all MA Competencies.
