Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Healthcare experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year Lead or Supervisory experience in customer facing organization required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage front office operations across AltaMed sites.
• Develop and implement standardized Front Office processes and protocols.
• Collaborate with Center Managers and the Manager of Nursing to ensure high-quality patient experience.
• Communicate with leadership on process improvement projects.
