• Knowledge of Medical Terminology is required.

Responsibilities

• Back Office Medical Assistant is the first clinical point of contact for SAMP patients.
• Provide excellent customer/patient services via phone and in person.
• Work under direct clinical supervision and authority of the physician when performing clinical tasks.
• Collaborate with service staff to support direct patient services and maintain a 'can do' attitude.
