Qualifikationen

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or two years of MA experience required.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR card required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking and flexibility required.
• Strong computer skills with experience with medical systems.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong organization skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Aufgaben

• Reporting to the Practice Manager; first clinical point of contact for patients.
• Provide excellent patient and customer service in person and by phone.
• Collaborate with all service staff to support direct patient services.
• Maintain discretion, diplomacy and professionalism in interactions.
