Responsibilities

• Front of store presence and professional demeanor.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and wear a Body Worn Camera.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Refer requests for assistance to store management or customer service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
