Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or retail.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer entering or exiting with a warm, energetic greeting.
• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas for security.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag checks on store personnel following safety guidelines.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
