Job summary

RefrigiWear is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technology support across our North American operations, including the Dahlonega distribution center.

You will troubleshoot user issues, manage service desk tickets from intake through resolution, and help employees feel confident using the technology they rely on daily in both office and warehouse settings.

Qualifications

• Frontline IT support experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience using a ticketing system to manage incidents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service desk requests via email, phone, in person, and ticketing system.
• Log, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents from intake to closure.
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, scanners, and conference room equipment.
• Set up, configure, deploy, retire, and track IT assets.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets.
• Complete onboarding and offboarding tasks for new hires, transfers, and departures.
