Job summary

Moxie Pest Control is seeking an IT Operations & Support Specialist to keep the Phoenix Center productive, secure, and ready to operate. You will own the frontline technology experience, resolving issues, managing access, and maintaining office systems.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, administering user accounts, and supporting critical applications like Talkdesk, PestRoutes, Google Workspace, and Power BI displays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on IT support, operations support, contact-center support, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Comfort troubleshooting Windows/macOS workstations, peripherals, browsers, connectivity, user accounts, and SaaS applications.
• Strong written communication, organization, follow-through, and calm judgment when multiple employees need help at once.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, follow documented procedures, handle confidential information, and work in office during scheduled hours.
• Ability to lift and move typical office technology equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Support intake and resolution: Manage support requests through the ticketing process, Pronto, and IT email.
• Employee lifecycle and access: Onboard, change roles, and offboard with approved checklists; provision/remove access.
• Contact-center and operational systems: Administer Talkdesk, PestRoutes, Google Workspace, Pronto, Podium, Power BI displays.
