Job summary

Moxie Pest Control is hiring an Inside Sales Expert to join our Irving office. You’ll engage with customers across multiple channels to convert inquiries into loyal customers, explaining services and guiding them to the right fit.

This role requires strong communication and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and can commute to our Irving office five days a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to commute onsite to Irving office 5 days a week.
• Experience in customer service (call center, hospitality, retail) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone, email, SMS, and website inquiries—turning leads into loyal fans.
• Break down and explain services clearly to help customers find the right fit.
• Support both customers and field experts by managing inbound and outbound communications.
• Keep data entry accurate in our CRM system (PestRoutes).
• Look for opportunities to improve the customer journey and share ideas.
• Tackle other projects as they come.

What You Bring To The Table

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to commute onsite to Irving office 5 days a week
• Previous customer service experience (call center, hospitality, retail, etc. is a bonus!)
• Solid communication and people skills—you know how to keep things clear and positive
• Tech comfort: You’re good with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• A proactive mindset and a desire to grow with a company that’s growing fast
