Job summary

Teceze is seeking an L1 Deskside support professional to provide first-level technical support for the Emerson Houston location. You will maintain documentation and follow IT support processes, ensuring timely updates and clear communication with users.

Qualifications

• Experience in L1/Desktop Support or Service Desk.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage support tickets.
