Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience supporting frontline/hours staff across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Advanced English; Spanish proficiency highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters.
• Coach leaders on performance management and talent development.
• Support regional sites and travel up to 25%.
• Lead annual People Function processes and workforce planning.
• Drive engagement, culture, retention, and development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Provide insights on talent trends to regional leadership.
