Maersk is seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as a People Partner, supporting frontline operations across multiple stations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar HR leadership role.
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience with frontline/hourly populations.
• Experience supporting multiple sites and geographically dispersed operations.
• Proven ability to lead or support change management in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, policy interpretation, and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; Advanced English; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters including investigations and policy adherence.
• Partner with leaders to coach on performance management, talent development, and employee matters.
• Support multiple operational sites across several states with consistent HR support.
• Lead annual People Function processes, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, retention, and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and practices.
• Provide insights on talent, attrition, compensation, and people trends to regional leadership.
