Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist/HRBP or similar HR leadership role.
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience supporting frontline and hourly populations.
• Experience supporting multiple sites and geographically dispersed operations.
• Proven ability to lead or support change management initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, policy interpretation, and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions, leaves of absence, attendance concerns, and workplace issues.
• Partner with business leaders to provide coaching and guidance on performance management, talent development, and employee matters.
• Support multiple operational sites across several states, ensuring consistent HR partnership and compliance.
• Lead and support annual People Function processes, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, retention, and development initiatives to improve business performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership by providing insights on talent, attrition, compensation, and people trends.
