Job summary

Delineate seeks an experienced EMS Research Consultant to translate quantitative survey results into qualitative inquiry and to support interviews with EMS professionals. The consultant will interpret qualitative data and help ensure conclusions reflect the realities of prehospital emergency care, within a flexible contract arrangement.

Qualifications

Current EMT or paramedic certification/licensure.
3–5 years of field experience in prehospital emergency care.
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Translate quantitative survey results into qualitative inquiry.
Support or conduct interviews with EMS professionals.
Interpret qualitative data and integrate themes with survey findings.
Ensure conclusions reflect realities of prehospital emergency care.
Maintain confidentiality and manage potential conflicts of interest.
