Blain's Farm & Fleet in Romeoville, IL is seeking a Customer Care Desk Associate to run the store phone line, assist customers with returns and questions, and direct guests around the store to deliver a smooth shopping experience.

The role includes processing returns, routing mail, issuing licenses, cashier duties, and managing online orders and in-store pickups, while maintaining desk cleanliness and supporting other departments in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Answer store phone and assist customers with returns, questions, complaints, and directions around the store.
• Route mail and file paperwork.
• Issue Hunting and Fishing licenses.
• Cashier duties.
• Manage incoming e-commerce orders and in-store pickups.
• Keep the Customer Service Desk clean and presentable.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
