Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a customer service-focused team member to assist the online and in-store customer base with inquiries, web order support, and order placement. This role emphasizes friendly communication and problem solving to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 yrs customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook & Excel
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Use of critical thinking to solve customer issues

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service over the telephone, email, and chat.
• Assist retail store customers with questions regarding the website and product line.
• Place website orders for customers as needed.
• Trace and track packages for lost/damaged orders.
• Assist customer with returns.
• Process corrections for the website.
• Product support for the full website product line.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.
